Lisa Cohen, Senior Business Consultant
Lisa Cohen consults to clients within the Fortune 500 list and the Federal Government. Lisa assists these companies with strategies and programs to help them attract, develop, retain and retire their talent. Some of the clients Lisa works with include: American Red Cross, The NPD Research Group, Hughes Network Systems, and Pfizer.
Prior to joining MasteryWorks Inc., Lisa spent over 13 years with AT&T; in marketing, sales, management, training, coaching, and recruiting. She worked with Federal Government clients such as NASA and small businesses around the DC Metro Area. As the Washington Area Trainer, she developed a comprehensive training program for all new employees. She was recognized as a National HR Leader for her training curriculum and mentoring programs. She also developed a standardized interviewing process for her area. At AT&T;, she was a seven time National Achiever's Club recipient for outstanding results. She also and earned a variety of other awards from AT&T; for outstanding performance. For the past three years, Lisa has become involved with many Human Resource associations including: IACMP, ASTD, SHRM, and IACCF. Additionally, she attends association meetings with the local Chambers of Commerce, Women in Technology, The Northern Virginia Technical Council, and is a Board Member for the Telecom Hub. Lisa has been a guest speaker for the IACMP, NY Healthcare Human Resource Group, ASTD, and SHRM.
Lisa has an undergraduate degree from James Madison University, an MBA from Averrett College and is enrolled in University of Virginia's Human Resource Certificate Program.
