Manuel Cruz, Operations & Materials Management
Manuel has supervised the production and fulfillment of all MasteryWorks orders over the past six(6) years. His responsibilities include customer service, overseeing printing and assembly of tools and workbooks, packing, shipping and tracking of orders to customers worldwide, and quality control. Manuel also manages the e-commerce section of the website.
Outside the office, Mr. Cruz enjoys playing various sports. He plays in two indoor soccer leagues and an outdoor team during the spring and summer months. He also enjoys travel and time with his friends and family.
