Cindy Morgan-Jaffe, Director of Youth & Counseling Services
Ms. Morgan-Jaffe brings an array of skills to the MasteryWorks team. She is a nationally certified counselor specializing in career development for youth. In her capacity as Director of Youth and Counseling services, Ms. Morgan-Jaffe, has helped design strategies for working with young people in the workplace and in educational settings. Her passion for helping individuals take charge of their career and their future is focused on the experiences that teach us about work -- family life, volunteering, internships and mentoring. Currently Ms. Jaffe is writing a guide for supervisors and students called "Making Internships Count.TM"
Cindy also offers expertise in graphic design, marketing and web development to the MasteryWorks team. For fifteen (15) years she worked as an graphic designer in the Washington, DC area, art directing magazines and publications such as Time-Life Books. She also provided design services to a variety of corporate and non-profit organizations as proprietor of Morgan-Jaffe Designs.
Ms. Morgan-Jaffe grew up in Jackson Hole Wyoming. She has three young girls, enjoys sports, the out of doors and art. She has a master’s degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Hampshire College.
