Tom Karl, Senior Vice President
Tom Karl has been a Senior Business Consultant with Mastery Works for the past ten (10) years. He has worked with a variety of Fortune 1000 companies, Government Agencies, and Educational Institutions to build and foster programs that attract, develop, and retain their most valuable asset - their people.
Specializing in the areas of Talent Retention and Development, Management Development, Career Development and Life Planning, Tom works with organizations to design and customize Human Resource systems, educational programs, and web-based learning systems that maximize internal talent. Toward that end, Tom has worked with organizations in a wide variety of industries including - Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, High-tech, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, and Utilities.
As part of the Mastery Works, Inc. product development team, Tom is currently developing web-based systems, assessment instruments and educational programs that will assist organization in benchmarking and improving the strengths and effectiveness of their organizational policies and practices, their management practices, and their employee training and development initiatives.
Tom has a B.A. degree in Economics from Duke University. He lives with his wife Pam in Arlington, Virginia.
