Some browsers may retrieve an older page from a storage cache instead of delivering a fresh page from the router. To ensure that a newer page comes directly from the router you may do the following:

• On a Windows PC: Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button.
• On a Macintosh: Hold down the Option key and click the Reload button.
