High Performing Teams
Effective teams have a balance of strengths -- the right mix of technical savvy and interpersonal skills. People on the team compliment each other, value the differences others bring to the table and know how to regroup if theyre not performing on time or up to specificiations. Each person is seen as valuable not just the project leader. Give everyone on your teams the tools and framework it takes to observe their process, regroup, and add new members or behaviors if required. For example, your team may have great idea generators but no one to manage the boundaries with customers. See that early on, assign the missing roles and youll always succeed. People will want to be on your teams.
