Mentors
Mentoring promotes learning and networking. Having a mentor or teacher is one of the most frequently mentioned keys to mastery. Today, given the many changes in work, many people need mentors in their profession as well as in other aspects of work technology, customer service, industry trends, organization politics, etc. Individuals are encouraged to find appropriate and multiple mentors in order to accomplish organizational and professional goals. Great managers will help make connections. Individuals can decide and build committed contracts for learning with their chosen mentors.
