Michael Goins
Michael Goins is the Director of Customer Operations – Product Production & Fulfillment Services (both print & web solutions) and Technical Support. Working with MasteryWorks for over 3 years, Michael leads all customer related services. With a complementary mix of technical and people skills, Michael ensures that all of our customers are supported in the most professional and timely manner.
In his role, Michael leads the eSolutions/ Career Portal Technical Support Center. Michael’s responsibilities include technical systems setup, customization services, testing, training, and website reporting functions. Supporting our technical research and development team, Michaels implements our latest customer solutions. Working closely with new and key customers, you’ll find no better technical support function in the industry.
In addition, Michael leads our print-based customization, production, and fulfillment services. He leads our team in providing our customers with the highest quality and timely delivery of all print-based products. If you’ve worked with MasteryWorks, Inc., you know the dedication, commitment to quality, and care that Michael brings to our customers.
Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys cooking, playing soccer, and watching his favorite college football team - the Florida Gators.
Michael lives with his family in Herndon, Virginia.
